The Yesterday app allows you to add

• Locations and
• Images

to your entries and create past entries based on date and location of an image.

Adding a second Journal

Each Journal is a folder in the journal location, which can be set to

• the Yesterday folder on device,
• the Yesterday folder on iCloud or
• a custom location.

To add another journal, add a folder next to the default Journal folder and select it in the app settings.

Adding images

Photos or videos will be stored in the folder of the day they were created in. An entry is created only for the last selected item. To include the loaded image with the correct cut the corresponding line in the entry and paste it into the entry you want to have it in.

URL Scheme

You can create entries via an URL like this:

yesterday://create?content=Some%20content&inbox=true&journal=Transfer

Parameters

• content (optional): The content of your entry.
• inbox (optional): Whether you’re saving a finished entry or a draft.
